Exercise & Your Skin Routine



We're covering what to do pre workout, post workout, and what NOT to do!


PRE WORKOUT -


  • Cleanse thoroughly, following routine as usual. NEVER go to the gym with makeup on. Please. Don't do it. This will lead to breakouts.

  • Opt for a lighter moisturizer, instead of a heavier one.

  • Always apply SPF if you'll be getting a sweat outdoors.


POST WORKOUT


  • Always cleanse as soon as you can after leaving the gym, this assures you won't have any built up sweat or dirt in your skin. This will lead to breakouts.

  • Follow your routine as usual.


DON'T


  • Wait to wash your face post workout

  • Use a dirty towel during your workout

  • Use too heavy of a moisturizer

  • Overdo it in the sauna
